This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The contact form does not set any cookies in your browser. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.
Form submissions
When you use the contact form on this site, your details are processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which acts as a data processor on my behalf. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with any other third party. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long I retain your data
This site does not set any cookies. If you interact with any embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos) then the source site may set cookies and you should refer to the providers privacy policy.
Personal data used for bookings are retained for five years for insurance reasons.
What rights you have over your data
If you have booked an appointment, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me.
You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where I send your data
All personal data used for bookings are held on the Formspree servers and on my own email server. Emails between yourself and Chris Sharp may be kept on the email server indefinitely.

This website is protected by end-to-end SSL encryption, securing the data you send and receive via this website.
I retain non-identifying information in other documents for the purposes of tracking client hours, payments, client feedback, etc. These documents are password protected.
