Life is a weird and wonderful thing. We are born without any instruction manual and experience all kinds of knocks and bruises along the way.

It’s no wonder that we all struggle at times.

We struggle to make sense of things or to come to terms with sudden changes and losses in our lives.

Sometimes we struggle just to get out of bed in the morning!

How can online counselling help?

Counselling offers a space — peaceful, understanding, safe, confidential, and non-judgemental — to explore some of these difficulties on your own terms.

In counselling, you are in control. You are the expert on your life. 

I can help by offering an objective perspective, identifying patterns of thinking and behaviour, asking questions that help deeper exploration, and help create new meaning in your life.

Counselling can also be great for self-development: to develop your sense of self, gain clarity, and approach life with renewed enthusiasm.

My counselling approach

My practice is based on the Person-Centred approach developed by Carl Rogers and is influenced by my own interests and experiences. Find out more about what to expect from counselling.

I am also a registered member of the BACP – the UK’s largest professional body for counsellors and psychotherapists.
