I am currently accepting clients for online counselling and psychotherapy.
Online sessions provide flexibility to work wherever and whenever you are most comfortable. My current clients are based across the UK and the wider world.

Life is a weird and wonderful thing. We are born without an instruction manual and experience all kinds of knocks and bruises along the way. No wonder that we all need support at times.
Sometimes we struggle to make sense of difficult situations, experiences, and memories. We might be grappling with sudden changes, endings, or loss. Perhaps you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not quite yourself. You might be going through a tough patch, or you might be in a good place but wanting to understand yourself better and grow.
Whether you’re facing challenges or seeking personal development, counselling offers a space that is peaceful, understanding, safe, confidential, and non-judgemental to explore what’s on your mind on your own terms.
In counselling, you are in control. You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, discover your own insights, and find ways forward that feel right for you.
I work with people navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, depression, family-of-origin issues, boundary challenges, and that general sense of feeling stuck or not quite yourself. I also support people who simply want to develop greater self-awareness and approach life with renewed clarity.
As a BACP-registered counsellor with training from Edinburgh and Strathclyde Universities, I bring a person-centred approach that adapts to your unique needs and way of understanding the world.
